Is my whiteboard data used to train the model?
No. Aha! does not use your content to train AI models. We never share your data with other customers or use it for model development.
Security and privacy
Where is the data processed?
AI processing is performed in your account's region or the United States using secure infrastructure.
How do you protect sensitive customer information?
All AI functionality adheres to the same strict privacy and security standards as the rest of Aha! — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. Transcripts and interview data remain private. You can edit transcripts manually to remove any sensitive information.
What third party models are involved?
AI features in Aha! Discovery use models from Amazon Web Services, Google, and OpenAI. These models operate on secure infrastructure and are designed for enterprise customers.
Governance and control
Can I disable AI features?
Yes. Account administrators can disable AI-powered functionality in their account settings at any time by heading to User menu -> Settings -> Account -> AI control.
